Matthew L. Goldwasser

Matthew Goldwasser, LUTCF,CLTC, Licensed MA Insurance Advisor, has been a successful independent life insurance broker for the past 20 years His focus is the design, implementation and monitoring of life, disability and long term care insurance portfolios for individuals, established affluent families, and small to medium sized businesses. Clients approach Matt when they need advice with regard to business succession plans, intergenerational wealth transfer, and family income needs in the event of a premature death or disability.

Matt completed the requirements for the LUTCF designation which is conferred only upon those individuals who meet the qualification standards determined by The American College and NAIFA. He earned his Certified Long Term Care specialist designation (CLTC) in 2006 and is one of only a small number of Massachusetts Licensed Insurance Advisors. Matt is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an organization comprised of the top insurance professionals worldwide and he is a recipient of NAIFA’s National Quality Award and a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC).

Matt is active in the community by volunteering for and supporting several organizations in the Greater Boston area and beyond, among them The Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston Children’s Hospital, The Make A Wish Foundation and The Rashi School.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst as a double major in Economics and Political Science, Matt, his wife JulieSue and their children Ari and Alison reside in Needham, Massachusetts. Matt has a passion for vintage watch collecting, ice hockey, motorcycles and above all else, spending time and travelling with his family.
